A 56-year-old man was critically injured on Tuesday morning when he fell one storey off the roof of a garage, the police said.

The incident happened in the area known at Tas-Sultan in the outskirts of Rabat.

The man, who lives in Mtarfa, was working on the roof at the time. 

He has been hospitalised.
