A 45-year-old man who was found unconscious in the common area of an apartment block in Ghaxaq on Monday was likely to have fallen down the stairs, the police said on Monday.

This does not appear to be a suspicious case, the police said on Tuesday.

A magisterial inquiry and police investigations are continuing.
