A 52-year-old man was grievously injured in a fall at a private residence on Triq l-Imdawra, Żurrieq.

The police said the fall was reported around 10.45am on Friday.

The man, a Macedonian national who lives in St Paul's Bay, fell a height of around two storeys. 

Investigations by the police and the Occupational Health and Safety Authority are ongoing.
