A man had to be taken to hospital as a precautionary measure after inhaling smoke from a fire at a house in Triq il-Punent, Naxxar, this afternoon.
The cause of the fire, in a washroom, is not yet known but it put out by Civil Protection Department personnel in about 20 minutes.
An elderly couple who live at the house were shaken but fine.
