A 23-year-old man from St Paul’s Bay was today granted bail against a deposit of €300 and a personal guarantee of €5,000 after he pleaded not guilty to a hit and run accident.

Charles Fenech was charged with driving dangerously at 6.30am this morning, involuntarily seriously injuring Gaetano Zahra and failing to stop at the site of the accident.
