A 75-year-old man who fell down the stairs of his home in Valletta has died, the police said this evening.

The incident happened on Saturday evening at St John Street, Valletta.The man had been in intensive care ever since the incident.

Magistrate Joseph Apap Bologna is holding an in inquiry.
