Justice Minister Austin Gatt said yesterday that 57 marriage separation cases were filed in the first hall of the Civil Court this year up to May 14 along with 45 marriage annulment cases.

He said that in the second hall 241 contentious applications and 188 applications for amicable marriage separation were filed.
