The inclement weather of late has caused the postponement of yesterday's two BOV Premier League matches.

The fixtures, Hibs-Marsaxlokk and Valletta-Birkirkara, were called off yesterday morning after heavy rainfall rendered the pitch of the National Stadium unplayable.

A new date for the two postponed matches has yet to be announced.

The two Premier League matches scheduled for this afternoon, Floriana-Qormi and Hamrun Spartans-Tarxien Rainbows, should go ahead as planned as these will be played on the all-weather artificial pitch of the Victor Tedesco Stadium.
