IDEA Group, as part of its Business Consultancy arm, launched IDEA Ignite, a series of interviews with Maltese leaders and entrepreneurs. In these interviews, the identified leaders and entrepreneurs share their path to success and how they had to battle against considerable odds. The interviews reveal how they all have one thing in common: The determination to succeed is what ignited their interest to set up a business from scratch and transform it into a notable success.

This publication is for students, managers, innovators, and entrepreneurs of all stripes. It is loaded with fascinating stories. The interviewees talk about their fair share of disappointments, and failures, and how they learned from their mistakes along the way. One common factor is that trust in their people was crucial to grow and survive.

The idea for this publication ignited from IDEA Group own story and experience. Dr Silvio De Bono and his wife, Natalie, started IDEA group 20 years ago. At the time, the local market in the consultancy sector, was dominated by a few traditional consultancy firms. The De Bonos started to deliver tailor-made services to clients in Malta and beyond.

With the right vision, the determination to succeed and with the right people on board, IDEA Group grew exponentially.

Through its consultancy and educational sectors (Idea College), it has reached beyond Malta’s shores.

IDEA College, with 1.300 students, is today Malta’s largest private education institute. It offers a wide range of courses from certificates to diplomas; degrees; masters and a doctorate in business administration https://mt.ideaeducation.com

This year, IDEA Group is proud to be turning 20 years. It has recently launched IDEA Care, offering personalised solutions for people in rehabilitation and respite; senior wellness; dementia and persons with disabilities.
