The European Federation of National Engineering Associations is to hold its 53rd annual business meeting in Malta in 2004.

The decision came as a result of a motion presented by the Maltese delegation at the recent FEANI general assembly in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Chamber of Engineers president Alexander Tranter said the meetings are a significant international engineering event as they attract delegates from 26 European countries.
