Assistant electoral commissioners are to attend a briefing sessions at the Republic Hall, Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta, the electoral commission said yesterday.
Electoral commissioners whose names were published in the Government Gazette of April, 2, 2003 are reminded that according to the electoral law, they are to vote only on Friday, April 11 at Ta' Qali even if they withdraw their nomination.
Further details will be announced by the Electoral Commission during the briefing sessions to be held as follows.
Voting rooms 001-125, 601 and 701-703: surnames beginning with A to C, Saturday at 9 a.m.
Voting rooms 126-255, 704 to 706 surnames beginning with D to L, on Saturday at 2.30 p.m.
Voting rooms 256-378, 607, 707-709: surnames beginning with M to Y, on Sunday at 9 a.m.
Voting rooms 379-553, 710-713: surnames beginning with Z, on Sunday at 2.30 p.m.
Assistant electoral commissioners registered in Gozo are to attend a meeting on Monday at 2.30 p.m. at the boys' complex, Ninu Cremona School, in Victoria.
The assistant electoral commissioners are to bring to the meeting the instruction booklet that was mailed to them by the commission.
