Melita Mobile launches super-low tariffs

Melita Mobile is celebrating its first year of operations by offering super-low tariff plans.

'Pay Monthly' mobile subscribers may sign up to the new 'Unlimited Pay Monthly Plans', offering unlimited calls to all Melita Mobile and Melita fixed-line numbers, unlimited calls to a selected numbers and a generous allocation of free minutes to other networks.

These new plans will replace the previous post-paid mobile tariffs. Customers are free to remain on their existing plans.

There is a choice of three plans, starting from €12 monthly. Customers subscribing to one of the tariffs may also receive a free 3G mobile phone.

The tariffs also come with two optional add-on packages - €5 monthly for unlimited SMS to any number and €23 monthly for 7GB of mobile internet.

"This is the first time that a mobile phone tariff includes unlimited calls on a permanent basis," Melita chief executive officer Andrei Torriani said.
