The Mellieha feast is over, unfortunately, this year with even less fireworks than last year. These fireworks make the feast - at least for me and a lot of other people, especially for tourists. I even missed the dancing boys and girls in front of the band on Wednesday morning.

I do not know exactly who is responsible for this. Perhaps it is because of a lack of money. What I may suggest is that the people responsible go to the stand which sells drinks only, next to the church, where this boy charged me Lm3.80 for one Bacardi Breezer and one Red Bull energy drink.

I went around every day at the feast and the price was never higher than Lm1.30 for drinks like the ones I mentioned. As to the rest, well done to all involved.
