The Malta Environment and Planning Authority postponed to Monday a meeting which was scheduled to be held yesterday to decide on an application for the development of four workshops at Wied Garnaw, Sta Lucija.

Mepa accepted a request to put off the meeting because the local council was not formally told about it.

The Save Wied Garnaw Action Group is against the development, saying it would destroy fields in the area.
