How glad I am not to be part of it any more (November 2004-2006, PA to chairman; November 2006-2008, PA to director at the Licensing and Testing Directorate). From what we hear, see and read, it seems that the ADT is being run by incompetent, desk-bound, faceless persons with poor, overworked staff, some of whom have been thrown in windows without any expertise.

No wonder the continuous public outcry and frustrations. Unless the persons responsible understand more clearly what is required of them and ensure that the organisation has the right persons doing the right things (the current organisational structure, still showing the date of November 16, 2007, gives the actual picture of things) the public frustrations are there to stay.
