Three Premier League players received a one-match ban yesterday.

Floriana defender Owen Bugeja came in for punishment after seeing red in his side's 4-1 defeat to Marsaxlokk on Saturday. Bugeja will have to miss Floriana's match against Pietà Hotspurs on Sunday.

Hibs' striker Terrence Scerri and Stefano Grima, the Msida defender, were also suspended for one match after both collected their fourth booking last weekend.

Scerri is now ineligible to face Marsaxlokk on Saturday while Grima must skip the clash with Birkirkara on Saturday, January 26.
