A cordial meeting was held yesterday between Infrastructure Ministry secretariat head Emanuel Delia and The Times editor Ray Bugeja to discuss problems regarding the reporting of certain news items connected with fuel procurement and utility tariffs.

Following the meeting, the ministry informed The Times it was withdrawing its policy of providing all media with copies of replies to questions put to this newspaper on the subject of fuel procurement and utility pricing.
