A car which was reported missing from Cospicua was found on fire in Marsascala a short time later.

The car, a Volkswagen Golf, was reported on fire at 9 p.m. yesterday at Triq il-Blajjiet, Marsascala, where it had been parked.

The vehicle was reported missing by its owner a short while before, the police said. Police investigations are under way.
