Mosta celebration

May I take this opportunity to thank the Mosta parish priest, Fr Joe Carabott, for a very well organised Christmas Eve celebration at the Mosta rotunda.

The Midnight Mass was concelebrated by Fr Carabott together with Fr Edgar Vella, Fr Mario Sammut, Fr Salv. Borg and Fr Paul Buhagiar.

Although the rotunda was filled to capacity, one could not help noticing the absolute silence and attention of the congregation throughout the whole service.

Besides the parishioners there were many tourists and other worshippers from different parts of the island.

The services of several ushers helped very much.

One could also notice a strong presence of young people, who notwithstanding the number of "parties" organised during this night, chose to attend for this service instead.
