Motorcyclist grievously injured in Żabbar accident

Accident happened at 11.30am on Triq Villabate

A motorcyclist was grievously injured on Saturday in a traffic accident on Triq Villabate, Żabbar.

The police said in a statement that the accident was reported at 11.30am.

The man - a 21-year-old Italian national - was driving a Yamaha motorbike, while the other vehicle involved in the accident - a  Suzuki Baleno was driven by a 37-year-old woman from Xgħajra.

Police investigations are ongoing.
