A motorcyclist, 23, was seriously injured on Wednesday evening when he crashed into a parked Toyota Yaris car.

The police said the accident happened shortly before 7pm in Triq Leli Falzon, Naxxar.

The victim, who is from Naxxar, has been hospitalised.  

A magisterial inquiry is underway.
