A 30-year-old motorcyclist from Mosta was seriously injured in a traffic accident in Sir Temi Zammit Street, Mgarr this afternoon. He is not in a critical condition.

The police said the biker was riding a Honda CBR towards Mosta when he crashed with a Toyota Hilux, driven by a 53-year-old Gozitan woman. He lost control and ended up under a Toyota Prius that its 47-year-old driver from Mtarfa was parking.

The accident happened at around 5 p.m.
