Motorcyclist and passenger grievously injured in Marsascala collision
The collision happened at around 10am
A motorcyclist and pillion rider were taken to hospital with grievous injuries Sunday after being involved in a collision with a car in Marsascala.
The incident took place at around 10am on Triq id-Daħla ta’ San Tumas, when a Mitsubishi Pajero driven by a 21-year-old Birkirkara man was involved in a collision with a Honda motorcycle driven by a 54-year-old Marsascala man.
Emergency responders attended the scene, with the motorcyclist and his passenger, a 48-year-old Marsascala woman, being taken to Mater Dei Hospital for treatment.
Police investigations into the incident are ongoing.
