MP3 car radio player - satisfactory outcome

This case was featured on November 17. Although I never received any communication from Auto Radio of St Luke's Road, Guardamangia, I received the following letter from the complainant:

Purchase of MP3 car radio player.

Further to my letters to Autoradio regarding the above purchase, I can now confirm that with the intervention of the main distributor and the manufacturers themselves (and no doubt yourself) the unit was replaced to my satisfaction.

Autoradio's contribution to this satisfaction was not beholding to any business strategy/mission.

I would like to extend my gratitude and thanks to you and your staff and service for enabling this satisfactory outcome. (C. Morland)
