I refer to the letter by Joe Camilleri, director general, Department of Social Security (April 9), under the heading Social Security Pension Rate.

Why is Mr Camilleri referring to the Social Security Act (Cap 318) and not to the Members of Parliament Pensions Act (Cap. 280)?
