The northbound lanes of the Mrieħel bypass will be closed overnight until Friday for resurfacing works, Infrastructure Malta said on Monday.

Northbound lanes (direction Rabat) of the road will be partially closed between 7pm and 9pm and completely closed between 9pm and 5am. 

The agency is also making safety upgrades including new crash barriers and lighting.
