Malta University Services' Training and Education Division is a well-established training centre with one of the most exhaustive training programmes of courses in Malta. This is because, as a University-based company, one can rely on an experienced and professional pool of lecturers who have made education and training their career.

Course participants can be assured of receiving relevant training with direct application to their own work situation.

The following are some of the training programmes scheduled to start in October:

Effective Leadership. The core objective of these interactive seminars centres around the main question of how to become an effective leader. The programme aimed at group and section leaders will highlight that despite several attempts by various theoreticians, there is no one perfect model of what constitutes a "perfect leader".
