The Malta Union of Teachers has presented a draft Addendum to the Reform Agreement of July 2007 to the Ministry of Education.

The union said this evening that the document contains important revisions of working and financial conditions for all teaching grades.

MUT President John Bencini said the union is insisting with the authorities for a timely conclusion of negotiations on the addendum so that the injustices suffered by teaching grades would be ultimately resolved.
