Joseph Buttigieg has been appointed chairman of the Committee while his place as chairman of Heritage Malta has been taken over by Anton Refalo.

Dr Buttigieg will be replacing on the Committee of Guarantee Timothy Gambin, who will be assisting Heritage Malta on maritime cultural heritage.

The government thanked Dr Buttigieg for his work as chairman of Heritage Malta and Prof Gambin for promoting the committee.

It wished Dr Buttigieg, Prof. Gambin, and Dr Refalo well in their new positions.
