New Go Mobile contact centre in Victoria

Go Mobile has opened a state of the art customer contact centre in Victoria.

The centre offers a wide range of services and products related to mobile telephony. The Gozo customer contact centre will also be a Wi-Fi HotSpot, enabling wireless broadband speeds when accessing the internet via a laptop or other device within the centre.

The contact centre is located in Fortunato Mizzi Street, the main road leading to the centre of Victoria. It offers improved facilities for meetings with corporate clients and mobile telephony dealers.

Go Mobile said that as of this week all its customer contact centres will be providing their customers an extended range of customer care services, including upgrades, reactivations and replacements of SIM cards, migrations to pre-paid or contract, blocking and unblocking of mobile phones, the setting up of WAP, GPRS and MMS and the provisioning of m-commerce services.

All centres will also offer the facility of collecting phones for repair and the issuing of loaner phones.

The customer contact centres that offer Wi-Fi connectivity are in Bay Street, Marsa and Malta International Airport. Wi-Fi will be offered in the Gozo centre in the near future.

Go Mobile's customer contact centres are located in Valletta (Embassy shopping centre), Marsa, Msida, Fgura, Malta International Airport, Bay Street and Victoria.
