Clients submitting a complaint to the Consumer and Competition Division will now know how long it will take them to receive a reply thanks to two new quality service charters.

The quality service charters, launched yesterday by Competitiveness Minister Censu Galea, were created in a bid to improve the service to the public.

The charters outline the responsibilities and services offered by the operations and information directorates and invites clients to give their opinion on the service being provided.
