A tour of the Costa Amalfitana with Albertours awaits the lucky winner of the next The Times word game series which starts today.
The tour, between October 15-22, will take the winner to Italian towns and cities of Vico Equense, Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Capri, Naples, Pompei, Vesuvio, Caserta and Monte Cassino.
On arrival, the group will be taken to the hotel in Vico Equense, one of the many small seaside resorts on the Costa Amalfitana.
On the second day, an optional full day excursion exploring the Costa Amalfitana - one of the most beautiful coasts in Italy - is being offered.
The Amalfitana Coast, situated between Sorrento and Salerno, is characterised by fantastic landscape. The tour will go to Amalfi and Positano, a magnificent seaside resort made up of little streets and staircases that make it charming and unique.
Breakfast on the third day will be followed by an optional excursion to Naples, including a panoramic city tour.
An optional excursion to Mount Vesuvio, one of the most famous volcanos in the world, will be offered on October 18. This will be followed by a trip to Pompei, a famous archaeological site.
On the fifth day, there will be an optional full day excursion to Caserta and the Abbey of Monte Cassino.
Capri will be offered as an optional excursion on October 20. Capri used to be an imperial isle and was one of the most visited places in the world.
The last full day of the tour will be left for relaxation or personal sightseeing.
The prize includes return flights on Air Malta, seven nights' accommodation in a three-star hotel on bed and breakfast basis (based on twin room sharing), all airport transfers, and the services of an experienced tour leader.
All taxes, service charges, optional excursion, drinks, entrance fees and gratuities are excluded.
The winner will also receive a Lm50 voucher to spend at Malta International Airport's tax free centre and a year's membership of the Scrabble Club.
The six nine-letter words of the series which ended last Saturday were: tableware, ingenious, entrechat, infective, animality and rancorous.
The name of the winner, who will be taken on Mondial Holiday's colourful Central Italy tour, will be announced next Saturday.
