In the second week of July we reported our faulty telephone line. Six weeks later the phone is still dead. Is this what Maltacom calls service?
The so-called second line turned out to be more of a joke than a phone line. We have had the line since December and this is the second time there has been a fault.
Last time it took 10 days to be fixed. Maybe that is why there is no rental fee. No rental fee, no line for several weeks!
The recorded message of 133 assures the clients that the cables department is doing its utmost to have the line fixed.
If they are doing their utmost and it has already taken them six weeks, how long would we have to wait if they were to take it easy?
