Enemalta no longer has preferential arrangements for the purchase of oil from Libya, Public Investments Minister Austin Gatt told Leo Brincat (MLP) in reply to a parliamentary question yesterday. He said the arrangement expired at the end of last year.

Dr Gatt said the National Oil Corporation of Libya had not been able to supply fuel oil with a low sulphur content as requested by Enemalta.
