Malta Drydocks is not considering any expressions of interest regarding the sale of Manoel Island Yacht Yard, Economic Services Minister Josef Bonnici said yesterday.

He was replying to a question in parliament by Labour MP Silvio Parnis, who asked if any talks were being held for the sale of the yacht yard and whether a call for expressions of interest had been made.

Prof. Bonnici said that the dockyard had issued a call for expressions of interest in 1997 but none of the proposals received was considered favourable.
