The Broadcasting Authority has decided to revise the current format of its audience survey and has entrusted the National Statistics Office with the compilation of the relevant statistical information.

While in previous years the BA published the results of its survey twice a year, with the survey covering one week of transmissions on nationwide and television station stations, it is envisaged that it will be publishing quarterly reports and an annual report.

The survey will no longer be limited to one week of broadcasting per six months but will be ongoing.

The first quarterly report is expected to be published some time in October or November this year.
