Nursing training

I am a nursing student and have just undergone three months' nursing practice in one of the busiest wards in St Luke's Hospital - medical ward 8.

I would like to thank all the nurses, who, despite being busy, always found time to teach us students, explain and support us during our practice period and on exam day.

Thanks also to nursing officer Effie Ciantar and the deputy Marica Sciberras for all their help, to the patients who consented to answering our questions, to all the examiners and tutors who were all so keen to spend days with us in the wards, and to all the staff of the Institute of Health Care.
