On a positive note

I would like to thank Ultimate of Bizazza Street, Sliema, for their efficiency and excellent customer care. Last March, I bought a digital camera from this shop. Some weeks ago, it started giving me trouble so I took it back to them for repairs.

The sales representative was very helpful and he told me that he would get back to me as soon as possible. In fact, in less than a week, he called me to tell me that they had decided to replace the camera and to collect it whenever I could.

I would definitely recommend Ultimate to anyone interested in buying electronic appliances. (Aleksander Pevac)

I add my compliments to Ultimate on having made such a positive impact on Mr Pevac. We must give recognition to suppliers who adopt a positive, customer friendly attitude. They deserve it.

Yet again, however, I must point out that our positive note file is empty.

As regular readers know, I try to include a positive note in every column and, in this spirit, I ask you to "catch them doing something positive".
