Every Sunday I look forward to reading your column in The Sunday Times, especially letters of positive experiences. I could not help but write to express my positive impression of all the staff working at B&M Supplies Ltd, especially Louis Darmanin, the person who dealt with us. He was always ready to offer his advice and always did so with a smile.
I can say that rarely did I encounter the excellent after-sales service which B&M Supplies offer. Three months after our bathroom tiles were delivered, our tile-layer told us that it would be better had we chosen bigger tiles for our room. I immediately contacted Mr Darmanin, who told me that I could go and choose other tiles from their vast selection without any problem. Furthermore, after realising that certain accessories would not fit with the new setting of our room, rather than offering us a credit note for the items we returned, we were actually given our money back.
This is what I call excellent service and I would highly recommend B&M Supplies to anybody. (Maureen and Francesco Amoroso)
