First of all I would like to congratulate you on the sterling work you are doing regarding consumer services and consumer education in Malta. Lately I have had a very positive experience with Crosscraft and I feel that I must express my heartfelt thanks to the managers of this company. It was a unique experience - at least for me.

About a year ago I bought a home appliance from Crosscraft of Paola. Lately, to my regret, it developed a fault. So I had to refer it to the company's After Sales Department. On realising my urgent need of the appliance, the owners simply replaced it with a brand new one. Besides, they restarted my guarantee anew.

I hereby publicly thank the owners of Crosscraft and I certainly must not leave out Ms Rose, who happened to be the sales person who dealt with me. She really went out of her way to help.

Advertising helps, but it is true that such good relations with customers pay much more. Crosscraft really set an example of what 'After Sales Service' should actually be.
