I had occasion to return to J.B. Stores two items that had shrunk on their first laundering. After I had explained to the saleslady, she contacted the manager who replaced both items without any problem.

It is nice to know that the consumer is being treated fairly. It is wonderful to be able to return something and not receive any hassle.

Indeed, my wife is a regular satisfied J.B. Stores customer too. I was there last week and all I can say is that, apart from good value for money, the staff are friendly and courteous.
