Last December I complained, regarding a tin of chocolate, to Victor Zarb, sales manager, Paolo Bonnici Ltd of Marsa.
I gave him the tin for further investigation from their end and after a few weeks I was informed by Mr Zarb that although the product was in perfect condition, the packaging was not.
I would like to thank Mr Zarb for his personal interest in my complaint, keeping me informed of the results, and offering me a replacement for my chocolate.
