On a positive note

I am writing to show my gratitude and to congratulate Medistone for their superb services. I had a fireplace installed about eight years ago. Part of it serves as a television table. A few months ago I had to change our television. Unfortunately the new TV did not fit on it. When I phoned Medistone to ask for advice, the director himself Mario Manara, came and offered to replace part of the fireplace free of charge!

This was done in a couple of days in a most professional way. We would like to thank all the staff, especially Mr Manara and Mr N. Bartolo, for their incomparable service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend costumers to profit from such a well organised company with impeccable services. You're welcome, Mrs Abela. Thank you for sharing your "positive note" with other consumers. This week, on a one good turn deserves another basis, I would like to share a positive note my son and I experienced yesterday week when my son Matthew had a puncture.

I drove him to Borg Tyre Centre in Willie Apap Street, San Gwann, only to discover that it was closing time. Indeed they were actually closing. However, since it meant being without a spare till Monday and although we came to terms with it, they kindly decided to fix it there and then beyond their closing time.

I take the opportunity to thank the proprietor, Lino Borg, for his excellent service.
