One TV journalist Charlon Gouder yesterday apologised to Investments Minister Austin Gatt for unethical behaviour. The Investments Ministry said Dr Gatt accepted Mr Gouder's apology for recording a telephone conversation with the minister and broadcasting parts of it without asking for permission to do so. Mr Gouder admitted to Dr Gatt that he had acted improperly, the ministry said.
