An open day will be held at police general headquarters and the Criminal Investigation Department in Floriana today from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. as part of celebrations marking the 188th anniversary of the foundation of the police corps.

The Paola police station will also be open to the public.

The police precision drill team will present a display in Birzebbuga at 8.30 p.m. followed by a show by the police Dogs' Section.

Also present will be the police band, the mounted police and police motorcyclists.
