I refer to Christine Bonnici's letter Not All Dogs Bite (May 30).

I would like to say well said to Ms Bonnici - she managed to write exactly what I wanted to say. I myself have an English Cocker Spaniel and I have had other dogs prior to this one and never have any of my dogs attacked anyone. I would hate to think of my dog or any other dog being muzzled.

I believe that if a dog is considered to be dangerous then it is the responsibility of the owner not to take it anywhere next to humans or any other animal for that matter.
