A Mitsubishi Pajero was destroyed by fire in Triq il-Pellegrinagg, Cospicua, last night.

The police said the incident happened at about 1 a.m. The vehicle was parked at the time.

No one was injured.

Magistrate Antonio Mizzi is heading an inquiry.
