Part of Lija roundabout site to be resurfaced after truck crash

The crash caused a fuel spill which damaged the road surface

The site where a truck flipped on its side at the Lija roundabout will be closed to traffic for resurfacing tonight, Infrastructure Malta said.

The accident happened at about 5.30am on Wednesday across the road from the Bathroom Design showroom. The crash caused a fuel spill which damaged the road surface. 

The road will be closed between 8pm and 5am.
