Pedestrian, 54, grievously injured when hit by car in Żabbar

Accident reported on Triq Sant’ Antnin

A pedestrian was grievously injured on Wednesday evening when he was hit by a car on Triq Sant’ Antnin, Żabbar. 

The man, a 54-year-old from Żabbar, was hit by a Toyota Starlet driven by a 28-year-old who is also a Żabbar resident.

The accident was reported at 6.30pm.

The pedestrian was rushed to Mater Dei Hospital.

Police investigations are ongoing.
