Pedestrian seriously injured by motorcycle in Sliema
45-year-old was injured on Triq Sir Adrian Dingli
A pedestrian was seriously injured in Sliema on Sunday when she was hit by a motorbike on Triq Sir Adrian Dingli.
The police said in a statement the woman - a 45-year-old from Sliema - was hit by a bike driven by a 45-year-old Bangladeshi national who also lives in Sliema.
The woman was given first aid on site and was then rushed to Mater Dei Hospital.
Police investigations and a magisterial inquiry are underway.
